Our Process

Our process begins with a preliminary screen. During this short, introductory phone call, we will assess whether the resources of Palladian International are a good fit for you and vice-versa. We also explore your career and personal goals. If we mutually decide we want to proceed, then we focus you on one of our two candidate tracks.
