Palladian offers three primary search services, allowing us to tailor our relationship to best fit your situation.

Retained Searches: We dedicate selective resources to your search for an up-front, non-refundable fee. With this fee, we prioritize a retained search ahead of all other searches. We also dedicate the specialists in our firm in the niche required. This search is very successful for our clients when time is a critical issue.

Contingent Searches: With a contingent search, we only receive payment when we place a candidate. A typical Palladian search will involve a large effort, in time and money, to identify the top performing individuals within a specific skill set. As a result, contingent searches are our lowest priority and require us to be judicial in our allocation of resources.

Hybrid Searches: A hybrid search has elements of both a retained and a contingent search. We accept an up-front, non-refundable fee in return for dedicated resources to a search. This fee is smaller than a full retainer and is paid so that we will initiate work on the search. We then receive a secondary fee contingent on your hiring one of our candidates. This is our most common fee structure.

Consulting Services: Palladian offers a range of customized services to support your hiring efforts. We can supplement one or more steps in your hiring process. For example, we can conduct just the sourcing activity, coordinate advertising, screen resumes, or conduct phone screens. These services are offered on a fixed fee/hourly consulting fee basis and can be tailored to your specific need. We can also provide expert advice and research related to salary estimations and cost of living analysis. Finally, we can provide coaching/training to your team for interviewing and assessing candidates.
